TEAM REPORTS

Finance and Administration

Checking Acct. $16,992 Reserve $11,760

Billy Bland requested a cork board for pasting Finance Info. Will be working on a new budget soon, but it is not expected to change much. Youth Fund-spent $650.00 for passport. Beth Long is helping with finance, she will be writing checks. Billy will continue balancing Ck. Book.

Wendi asked about donations received for John Thomas. (how to spend) Songbooks.

Facilities and Maintenance

Need to set Clean-up day for lower building. Need more 4 ft. fluorescent bulbs.

Extended Care

None of the forms have been returned to Beth Long.

There are children playing in the nursery.

Youth and Passport

Youth Intersection Literature. (new)

PB&J ministry- over 100 bags were made. 25 leftover bags were given to Salvation Army.

Youth have fellowship on Oct. 27^th-Supper and fall festival with donations taken for youth fund.

Shepherds

New Shepherds are Mitch and Joy Yell, Kerry and Vesta Morris, Beth Zboran,

Kim Potter, and Adam and Melissa Goudelock.

Sat. Nov. 16^th will be Shepherd Training, Need and installation service.

Music

More pep in music suggested. 1^st Sunday in Nov then every other Sunday will have Children’s songs after Children’s Church.

Christmas Musical coming along fine. Will be Dec. 15^th

Fellowship Team

Some items are being opened and not closed. They then must be thrown away. Items are being used from the refrigerator and freezer and without permission.

November 27^th Fellowship -- Chicken and Dumplings.

Ethics Team

No meeting yet. Need 2-drawer file cabinet with lock, need a list of all persons that work with children and youth. Set goal for good day to begin.

Policy and Procedures

Constitution and By-laws-working on setting a date to meet.

Worship and Planning

Had a meeting on Oct. 7^th, placed an ad in the bulletin for a Drama Coordinator

Small Groups—want to begin on Jan. 1^st. Need a team of 3 members. Jef will serve as 1- need 2 more to help organize.

The use of the buildings was discussed—sponsor must be member of church. Billy will come up with a proposed policy.

We need a library that is secure.

A letter concerning needs for the staff member of New Hope Boys School who’s house burned. Turned over to Stephanie she will get details on what is needed.
